All of the apartments in our senior living resort have a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and one or two bedrooms. You can choose between different categories, which vary in location, layout, and size — from 77 to 183 square metres. Each apartment always has a large private balcony, and some ground floor apartments have an additional large terrace or private garden.
Parking is available in all buildings and there is a security service, surveillance, and a caretaker, who is responsible for the upkeep of the communal areas of the buildings.

Iris, completed in 2018, offers 15 apartments built to luxury quality standards. It is located just 50 metres from the Central Building.

Gardenia is located right across from the Central Building, allowing you to enjoy all the facilities that are just a stone’s throw away from your apartment.

At Hortensia, you can enjoy two worlds: the vibrant bustle of the city and the peaceful and relaxing atmosphere of the adjacent pine forest.
