Iris Building
Iris, completed in 2018, offers 15 apartments built to luxury quality standards. It is located just 50 metres from the Central Building.
Gardenia Building
Gardenia is located right across from the Central Building, allowing you to enjoy all the facilities that are just a stone’s throw away from your apartment.

102 and Counting
Peggy, the oldest resident at Ciudad Patricia, recently celebrated her 102nd birthday.
There was a great party held in her honour to celebrate her wonderful golden birthday in the beautiful residents lounge . There was plenty of buffet food with some her favourites of pork pie, sausage rolls and egg sandwiches. The residents danced the afternoon away with her favourite singer Barry the swing man. Peggy always loves a good party where she sees her friends all happy smiling and dancing. What a wonderful lady a true ambassador of Senior Resort Ciudad Patricia. Residents thoroughly enjoyed the great party which included a fantastic flamenco dancing display for the residents and Peggy and her friends to enjoy.
Peggy, who has been living at Ciudad Patricia for more than 35 years, is so happy in her apartment overlooking one of the outdoor swimming pools and beautiful gardens.
