It is the core of community life at Ciudad Patricia. The reception area, restaurant, beauty centre, and some of our main services are located here.
Iris Building
Iris, completed in 2018, offers 15 apartments built to luxury quality standards. It is located just 50 metres from the Central Building.
Gardenia Building
Gardenia is located right across from the Central Building, allowing you to enjoy all the facilities that are just a stone’s throw away from your apartment.
Hortensia Building
At Hortensia, you can enjoy two worlds: the vibrant bustle of the city and the peaceful and relaxing atmosphere of the adjacent pine forest.
Flora Building
Flora, our tallest building, boasts stunning panoramic views of the valley, the mountains, and the resort.

Elisa is located in a tranquil setting near the Central Building, indoor pool, fully equipped gym, and hobby room.

Apartamentos Ciudad Patricia Jubilee Celebration
Queen Elizabeth II celebrated 70 years on the throne on 2nd June 2022, and even though we’re a long way away in Spain, many of our British - and other nationalities - were able to join in the celebrations to mark this historic and unique achievement.
Celebrations started with watching the the Trooping of the Colour followed by the incredible flypast over Buckingham Palace. We were able to show the whole event live in our theatre meaning residents could enjoy this magical moment together.
Many of our residents were young children when the Queen ascended the throne in 1952 with many sharing stories remembering past events surrounding the Queen.
The day continued with a Royal themed buffet in the Residents’ Lounge - with more than a touch of humour! And of course, we toasted the Queen and indeed the whole Royal Family. The party continued with live music and dancing with a wonderful selection of well known British songs from over the years.
The event was arranged by our Resort Manager - Nadine Sweers - who is wonderful at arranging events such as these. At Apartamentos Ciudad Patricia, we recognise and believe that socialising is an important aspect of living healthily in your Senior Years. We’re so happy to be able to be able to hold such events after the restrictions of the past 2 years. Everyone had a marvellous time eating, drinking and dancing and feeling proud to join in the Jubilee celebrations. Along with our residents we wish Queen Elizabeth II health and happiness in the coming years.
