Iris Building
Iris, completed in 2018, offers 15 apartments built to luxury quality standards. It is located just 50 metres from the Central Building.

Gardenia is located right across from the Central Building, allowing you to enjoy all the facilities that are just a stone’s throw away from your apartment.

Benny & Eileen Davis
Before Benny moved to Ciudad Patricia, he was already a well-known character on the Costa Blanca. For the last thirty years or so, he had been beavering away as a freelance journalist, writer, theatre critic, photographer and broadcaster working with all the leading local English newspapers and magazines. This includes his long running column Stage Diary in the Female Focus.
We asked his wife Eileen if Benny would eventually ease his way into retirement. Her answer was an emphatic "I hope not", and added "he would be even more difficult to live with without the pressure of having deadlines, even though my workaholic, stubborn old man, now creates his own".
Eileen and Benny celebrated their 65th wedding anniversary last February (2019).
