It is the core of community life at Ciudad Patricia. The reception area, restaurant, beauty centre, and some of our main services are located here.
Iris Building
Iris, completed in 2018, offers 15 apartments built to luxury quality standards. It is located just 50 metres from the Central Building.
Gardenia Building
Gardenia is located right across from the Central Building, allowing you to enjoy all the facilities that are just a stone’s throw away from your apartment.
Hortensia Building
At Hortensia, you can enjoy two worlds: the vibrant bustle of the city and the peaceful and relaxing atmosphere of the adjacent pine forest.

Ciudad Patricia in Lockdown: Very Lucky to Be Here
“Lockdown,” a word we are not used to, but something which is now an important part of life at the moment. However we are very lucky here in Ciudad Patricia, as the Management here keep us updated on how to keep healthy in our apartments. When we were in isolation for 2 weeks due to a visit to the UK, we were very fortunate to have the restaurant deliver us very enjoyable meals which we have continued to have daily and delivered by Eduardo.
Obviously we would like to meet up socially with everyone and the time will come when we will once again be able to join in the various activities that Ciudad Patricia can offer. Until then we must all keep well and stay safe.
