Iris Building
Iris, completed in 2018, offers 15 apartments built to luxury quality standards. It is located just 50 metres from the Central Building.
Gardenia Building
Gardenia is located right across from the Central Building, allowing you to enjoy all the facilities that are just a stone’s throw away from your apartment.

Ciudad Patricia sponsors a hole at Charity Golf Tournament
Pat and Trevor have been living at Senior Resort Ciudad Patricia for over 4 years now. They fell in love with the fantastic views of the mountains from their apartment. Also, the evening view, they call Manhattan skyline at night. They are always busy doing some sort of work for charity, organising dinner dances including events for the Royal British legion.
On Friday 28th of June at the Bonalba Golf and Spa resort there was a Golfing event for The John William Harvey Memorial Trophy arranged for Charity. Pat and Trevor helped at the event organised by various Masonic Lodges throughout Spain.
Apartamentos Ciudad Patricia helped by sponsoring a hole at the event and many residents contributed towards the charity.
An amazing €5000 was raised to reach the target to send 50 underprivileged children on holiday.
