It is the core of community life at Ciudad Patricia. The reception area, restaurant, beauty centre, and some of our main services are located here.
Iris Building
Iris, completed in 2018, offers 15 apartments built to luxury quality standards. It is located just 50 metres from the Central Building.
Gardenia Building
Gardenia is located right across from the Central Building, allowing you to enjoy all the facilities that are just a stone’s throw away from your apartment.

Easter Party 2018
Here at Senior Resort Ciudad Patricia, it feels more like a community retirement village with individual homes. There is always an excuse here to have a get together or a party to celebrate something whether its Easter, Christmas, birthdays, anniversaries and yes, we have had 3 weddings here with our residents over the last 6 years.
This Easter was no exception many of the residents got together for a special Easter Brunch. There was lots of delicious and tasty food to enjoy from the hot and cold buffet. There were choices from a full English breakfast, healthy option of salad bar, croissants many types of bread, cheeses and tasty cakes. There was tea, coffee and different fruit juices to wash it all down. All the tables were laid up with the Easter theme in mind with chicks and eggs. There was also a special Easter tree laden with all painted eggs to make a pretty display and the residents received their very own naughty but nice chocolate Easter eggs.
On a serious note the residents are never feeling alone here at this lovely senior retirement Resort on the Costa Blanca. What more can they want? They have their own beautiful retirement apartment, parties to join in if they want, and peace of mind if they need extra help. What more could you wish for?
