It is the core of community life at Ciudad Patricia. The reception area, restaurant, beauty centre, and some of our main services are located here.
Iris Building
Iris, completed in 2018, offers 15 apartments built to luxury quality standards. It is located just 50 metres from the Central Building.
Gardenia Building
Gardenia is located right across from the Central Building, allowing you to enjoy all the facilities that are just a stone’s throw away from your apartment.
Hortensia Building
At Hortensia, you can enjoy two worlds: the vibrant bustle of the city and the peaceful and relaxing atmosphere of the adjacent pine forest.

Flora, our tallest building, boasts stunning panoramic views of the valley, the mountains, and the resort.

High Tea
On October 18th, many residents came together for our annual "High Tea". This annual event has become a tradition and a favourite on the annual events calendar. It's a great opportunity for our residents to socialise and a great example of what we call community at Ciudad Patricia.
During our annual high tea, we enjoyed delicious sweets, sandwiches, and of course unlimited coffee and tea with a large group of residents. Nadine did her best again by purchasing the treats that everyone loves from various bakeries, including typical English scones, muffins, and Belgian pastries.
We also introduced the new residents who moved in with us this year, which includes no less than 18 apartments.
We were also spoiled musically. With his beautiful voice, Marcus House managed to move us and, of course, get us back on the dance floor. We are already looking forward to next year.
