Iris Building
Iris, completed in 2018, offers 15 apartments built to luxury quality standards. It is located just 50 metres from the Central Building.
Gardenia Building
Gardenia is located right across from the Central Building, allowing you to enjoy all the facilities that are just a stone’s throw away from your apartment.
Hortensia Building

Inauguration of New Building - Iris - at Ciudad Patricia
Ciudad Patricia is delighted to announce the inauguration of our newest building - IRIS. Residents, Staff, Shareholders and Dignitaries celebrated the event on 13thJune 2019. Celebrations began in the residents’ lounge in the Central Building with speeches by Location Manager - Nadine Sweers - and Director Peter Jacobs reflecting on the merging of traditional values with forward thinking ideas surrounding the way Ciudad Patricia meets the ever more demanding needs of retired ‘young-old’. Afterwards, guests walked the few metres to the new apartment building where a commemorative tree was planted in front of IRIS to mark the occasion.
The building itself comprises 15 modern apartments finished to a luxurious standard. Iris apartments have been designed to offer the maximum privacy and comfort. There are private garage parking and storage areas available. These are Ciudad Patricia’s best quality apartments finished to impeccable standards.
