It is the core of community life at Ciudad Patricia. The reception area, restaurant, beauty centre, and some of our main services are located here.
Iris Building
Iris, completed in 2018, offers 15 apartments built to luxury quality standards. It is located just 50 metres from the Central Building.
Gardenia Building
Gardenia is located right across from the Central Building, allowing you to enjoy all the facilities that are just a stone’s throw away from your apartment.
Hortensia Building
At Hortensia, you can enjoy two worlds: the vibrant bustle of the city and the peaceful and relaxing atmosphere of the adjacent pine forest.

Our residents are feeling safe!
Residents feel safe in Senior Resort Ciudad Patricia knowing there is a video security system in place throughout the resort which is monitored 24 hours per day. Furthermore, the caretakers keep a watchful eye during the day and in the evening, we have a security guard at the entrance of the park. There is peace of mind with someone always around to turn to.
Ciudad Patricia has also a doctor living on the resort and emergency medical assistance 24 hours a day. For everyday assistance, there is a community support worker who can also check in with you when you do not feel well, for a small fee she can go shopping for you and assist you in the hospital with translations. Our location manager Nadine Sweers is always available for non-medical emergencies.
The philosophy of Ciudad Patricia is to allow residents to live independently in their homes as long as possible, safe in the knowledge that help is just a call away if needed.
