Iris Building
Iris, completed in 2018, offers 15 apartments built to luxury quality standards. It is located just 50 metres from the Central Building.
Gardenia Building
Gardenia is located right across from the Central Building, allowing you to enjoy all the facilities that are just a stone’s throw away from your apartment.
Hortensia Building
At Hortensia, you can enjoy two worlds: the vibrant bustle of the city and the peaceful and relaxing atmosphere of the adjacent pine forest.
Flora Building
Flora, our tallest building, boasts stunning panoramic views of the valley, the mountains, and the resort.
Elisa Building
Elisa is located in a tranquil setting near the Central Building, indoor pool, fully equipped gym, and hobby room.

Thank you for your interest in a virtual visit to Ciudad Patricia
People move to Ciudad Patricia for many reasons. It all starts with a visit to take a look around the park, visit a show apartment, review available apartments, and have an in depth conversation about what it takes to move here.
We love having visitors to Ciudad Patricia. Unfortunately, due to the COVID-19 restrictions, we’re sure you’ll understand that visiting is currently not possible.
However, the good news is that there is still a way to find out about Ciudad Patricia, in person, through a virtual personalised visit using your computer or tablet.During your virtual tour, we’ll use ZOOM, a simple, professional and secure video-conferencing app where we can see each other using the cameras on our computer/tablet. We’ll be able to show you what the resort looks like, take visit to an apartment and discuss all aspects of living in Ciudad Patricia.
Here’s how it works.

We’ll agree a date and time and then we’ll send you an invitation by email
STEP 2
At the right time, just click on the green button in the invitation email and follow the instructions on screen. You'll be promoted to download a small app that makes everything work.

You’ll then see me on your computer screen, and I’ll be able to see you! And off we go!
STEP 4
After the meeting, we’ll send you an email confirming what we discussed and of course as soon as it’s possible, you’ll get a chance to come and visit in person!You might like to take a look at our video (see below) before the meeting.
