It is the core of community life at Ciudad Patricia. The reception area, restaurant, beauty centre, and some of our main services are located here.
Iris Building
Iris, completed in 2018, offers 15 apartments built to luxury quality standards. It is located just 50 metres from the Central Building.
Gardenia Building
Gardenia is located right across from the Central Building, allowing you to enjoy all the facilities that are just a stone’s throw away from your apartment.
Hortensia Building
At Hortensia, you can enjoy two worlds: the vibrant bustle of the city and the peaceful and relaxing atmosphere of the adjacent pine forest.

Flora, our tallest building, boasts stunning panoramic views of the valley, the mountains, and the resort.

We couldn't resist Ciudad Patricia
After retiring we decided to move south to a warmer climate, we chose Torrevieja where we spent 15 lovely years there. Then came the time when we realised that we’re not as agile as before, so we decided to think of somewhere more suitable to our capabilities.
We saw the advert for Ciudad Patricia’s open day so we visited and were very impressed with all we saw.
We arranged to spend a week here from then on we were hooked. The facilities, the friendly staff, and residents. Who can resist the lovely gardens and the views over the mountains!
We visited a few times and then found the apartment best suited to our needs. We moved here in October 2015 and from day one have loved it and felt at home. The move itself went very smoothly, I remember Amanda spending all the evening with us helping to get the beds sorted, light fittings were sorted, curtains hung by friendly workers etc.
Nadine was very helpful and saw to all the necessary paper work doctor etc. Now almost one and a half years later we have met lots of lovely friendly people, we can take part in as many or as few of the many available activities.
In our "twilight years" it gives you peace of mind to know that there is all the care available if and when needed. We know for us we made the right move here and would certainly recommend it.
