Is residency in Spain a prerequisite to living in Ciudad Patricia?

No, Spanish residency is not a requirement to become part of our community. According to European Union regulations, you're considered a resident of another EU country if you spend over 183 days per year there. The choice to acquire Spanish residency, however, is entirely yours.

It’s different for British people since Brexit.  If you are already Resident in Spain, no problem. If you are NOT resident in Spain, you can still become part of our community but will only be able to stay for 90 days in any 180 days.

These units can accommodate up to three people, making it perfect for visits with family or friends. We have recently set aside 2 apartments for long-term rental - one furnished and one unfurnshed. Alternatively, you can hop on bus 11 from central Benidorm, which conveniently stops right in front of our main building.

We're surrounded by outstanding golf courses, with two located near Terra Miticà, and an additional five within a half-hour drive from our resort.
