Ciudad Patricia is an international resort. The majority of residents are Dutch and English, but there are also Belgians, Germans, Swiss, Spaniards, and Scandinavians.

The resort is geared toward seniors and retirees. The minimum age to be a resident is 55 years old.

Apartamentos Ciudad Patricia offers some apartments for temporary accommodation. You can make a reservation for your friends, family, or acquaintances. A maximum of two or three people can stay in these apartments.

We operate with a residents’ association, where the members are elected every two years. The association meets regularly with the owners of the resort. The residents also choose the auditing committee, which is responsible for examining and auditing the annual accounts of the association and also setting the budget for the following year.

At Ciudad Patricia, we attach great importance to the wishes of the residents. We hold an annual general meeting where all aspects of life in Ciudad Patricia can be discussed, concerns can be raised, and decisions can be made for the future.

In addition to the annual general meetings, we also hold regular meetings every three months within the various nationality groups where questions can be raised, requests can be made, and complaints can be dealt with. These are duly communicated to our coordinator, who is the point of contact with the residents.

The resort is easily accessible from the A7 motorway (10 minutes) and the Alicante airport (50 km). The regular bus line 11 has a stop in front of Ciudad Patricia’s Central Building, which goes to the centre city and beaches of Benidorm every hour.

All contracts are officially registered so that even in case of bankruptcy or change of ownership, your lifetime right of use contract remains fully valid and can be transferred to any subsequent owner.

Service expenses include maintenance of the buildings, facilities, gardens, swimming pools, and the Central Building; consultation hours of the general practitioners and 24-hour medical emergency follow-up; collective and individual water consumption; electricity of common areas; elevators; caretakers; coordinator and activities; home insurance; and municipal taxes, such as sewage and waste disposal.

So they cover just about everything that has to do with life at Ciudad Patricia. They do not cover individual consumption of electricity, property tax, telephone, and internet.

In the park, there are several sports facilities, such as the five outdoor swimming pools, the indoor swimming pool, the fitness room, the mini-golf course, and the petanque boulodrome. In the Central Building, you can use the library, free WIFI, and two computers. We have a cinema-auditorium and an excellent restaurant and cafeteria with fantastic views over the valley.

In addition, residents enjoy their own space for their private use to relax and get together when and how they want.

In the lower part of the main building, there is a beauty and health centre with hairdressing, manicures, and pedicures.

Ciudad Patricia is known for its safety, which is something that we take very seriously. Each of the buildings has its own caretaker who is in charge of keeping an eye on everything. In addition, there is a gate at the entrance with a security guard and more than 30 CCTV cameras that are constantly monitored by a caretaker at reception and at night.

You can use the computer connected to the internet in the Central Building or log on to our wireless network free of charge in the common areas. Of course, you can get your own internet connection in your apartment.

Yes, we offer a complete laundry service. You can either drop it off or request home pick-up. The service also includes an ironing service.

Your mail will be delivered to the Central Building, where your caretaker will pick it up the same day and put it in the mailbox at your front door.

For transportation to and from the Alicante airport, you can use one of the different transportation options available upon request, depending on your personal situation: minibus, bus for wheelchair, or car.

At the resort, you can use our shuttle service that regularly makes a round trip throughout the park. You can also rent or purchase a mobility scooter.

Of course, medical assistance is available 24 hours a day in case of an emergency. The doctor also lives at the resort. This ensures that you will be helped very quickly in case of an emergency.

Alicante is the closest international airport (50 km) and Valencia is a little farther (120 km). Both airports have services from several low-cost airlines.
